What is included with my order?
Your made-to-measure curtain and track system are included and delivered ready for installation.
Which curtain flow should I choose?
Choose free flow if you want the curtain to open from both sides, which is ideal for spaces you access regularly from either end. Single flow allows the curtain to stack and open from one side.
How should I choose a fabric colour?
For rooms with minimal natural light, we suggest choosing a lighter tone. If your room receives plenty of natural light, a contrasting colour can work beautifully.
How long will delivery take?
Standard orders are delivered within approximately three weeks. Large-scale orders may require approximately 45 days. We will confirm the exact delivery schedule based on your order.
Can I install my RENU system myself?
The system is designed for straightforward installation. You can install it yourself or engage a local handy person. Project support and installation are currently available across metropolitan Adelaide.
